Well it's a new year in PEI Real Estate for 2008, and it is looking good according to all indicators. It shouldn't be so rosy is one takes into account the housing problems in the United States, the high price of gasoline, and other factors. Strange as it may seem, tourism was up in 2007 in Prince Edward Island. This indicates that the attraction to come to Prince Edward Island is greater than the negative economic factors in the North American continent.
Actually there will be more interest by investors in Prince Edward Island Real Estate because the Internet is growing, and, as it grows, more Internet investors are learning about Prince Edward Island, as a great real estate investment. So, the future in PEI Real Estate looks encouraging, and that is ok with me.
